“I’ve been using Seahaven Coworking as my office base for the last couple of months. It is like a breath of fresh air. Open-plan, spacious, good people to chat to, free coffee, reliable fast WiFi, and 24 hour access when needed. I recently had an important interview to prepare for and spent a whole weekend in calm and focussed surroundings. There is no need to work from home now, so my working day can be properly demarcated meaning my home life is less stressful.” James,

“Fantastic place to co-work. Good atmosphere, always parking available, consistent, fast wi-fi and a far better option than working from home. I’d certainly recommend it to others looking for a more social, productive and enjoyable working environment.” Jerry, PropertyPR Expert

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between hot desking and coworking?

If you simply want to find a desk and put your headphones on for the day, you probably won’t like coworking.

Coming into a coworking space means that you can focus when you need to, but you also like the idea of working alongside people too.

If you sometimes like a chat about what other people are working on, or the weather, the football, Netflix favourites, that new restaurant, the best nurseries, Earl Grey vs Breakfast, Apple vs Samsung, Crossfit vs Hiit, or anything that can liven up a sluggish day – then coworking might be a great fit for you.

What are the hours? When can I use the Coworking Space?

This is a flexible space, and we aim to help you to make the most of your membership.

Hours are:

Mon-Fri 09:00 – 18:00* for Community Plus Members (£30pm) and Flexi Weekday members (£99 pm)

Flexi+ Members can use the space 7 days a week Mon-Sun 07:00 – 22:00

Note: Some events take place in the coworking space, a schedule is published, and if you need a private space at these times, please see Diana for alternatives.

Can I hold meetings at the coworking space?

Yes, definitely. You are welcome to hold meetings in the space depending on availability of desks, sofa etc on the day. If you need a private room you can book one of the dedicated meeting rooms at the Enterprise Centre, or you can use our outside space or the communal area near to reception.

Can I change my membership plan after I have signed up?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time after signing up. See Diana for more details.

Can I learn more about business, marketing, financial management?

Yes, this is a key aim for the coworking community hub.

We want to share skills, and there will be guest speakers and trainers taking sessions on a range of subjects.

Can I leave things in the office when I am not there?

We have some small cabinets available for allocation on a first come first served basis, however we recommend that you do not leave valuables in the coworking space when you are not here.

Do you have events at the coworking space?

We are planning Autumn events, more information will be posted on Sep 8th.

If you would like to have a chat about events that you think may work in this space, get in touch.

What is your refund policy?
